Electro-technical Officers
STCW Manila Regulation III/6
Experience on vessels of at least 750 kW;
at least 36 months of approved seagoing service (credits of 6 months for a practical skills for Electro-technical Officers);
at least 6 months of seagoing service as part of approved training program for Electro-technical Officers and documented in an approved training record book; or
at least 6 months of approved seagoing service, while holding a certificate of qualification as a Provincial licensed electrician.

CoP in:
STCW basic safety;
Survival craft & Rescue Boats other than fast rescue boats;
Advanced Fire Fighting;
Marine Advance First Aid;
Leadership & Teamworking Skills level 1
DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE demonstrating the knowledge obtained as per Manila STCW Code Table A-III/6 and completed within the last 5 years before the application date for issuance of the certificate.
