posao na yahtama se nemoze usporedjivati sa kako tamo vole reci "kargo brodom". na jahtama se nemogu snaci jedino ljudi koji su dugo godina bili senior officeri na brodu, jer su navikli organizirati posao, i nisu hands on officers, za mlade ljude je lakse. znanje, strucnost i profesionalnost velikih Zapovjednika i Upravitelja na jahtama daleko je od onoga sto se trazi na trgovackim brodovima i te poslove moze svladati svaki 3/O sa 12 mj navigacije.

2008 Master / Captain Cruise Master unlimited An experienced Master is required to handle set up of new river cruise project on Rajang River in Borneo. Responsibilities include recruitment and training of marine crew, liaison with local authorities, set up routing and navigation plan, security and safety procedure implementation, passenger relations. Project begins in May and would be for a 4 month set up period. Possibility to extend contract to handle further set up in India in September and upscaling of role to Marine Superintendency for all our fleet.

2065 Bosun Yacht Yachtmaster ocean An experienced Bosun/OOW is required for a private 50m motor yacht. Bridge watch keeping is essential. Yachtmaster ticket is required as a minimum. Salary in USD. 1 month leave per year.

Mate must have expierence on simular size vessels and must be a good sailor, knowledge from Med. and should be able to train the crew. Hands on position.
