ako te imalo tjesi ta ista Sam je meni sa 9 godina iskustva od toga 5 na Cruiserima ponudila poziciju trecega, ugovor 6/2 i placu otprilike 4 puta manju nego sto sad imam

Navodno se spremaju promjene kolektivnog(yellow CBA),iste su najavljene osobno od glavne kadrovkinje za deck/engine kada je bila u posjetu Breakaway-u,po dojavi kolega sa tog broda.Naravno bez detalja o tome sto i zasto se mijenja.
Ako netko ima kakva dodatna saznanja.....

The ELECTRICAL ENGINEER is responsible for the maintenance of all electrical equipment and systems as directed by the Chief Electrical Engineer to ensure safe operation, environmental protection and passenger comfort.
In order to consistently exceed guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Education:
Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
High Voltage Training
Experience:
2-3 years relevant experience.
Knowledge:
Must be able to efficiently maintain electrical equipment and not use unnecessary spare parts.
Must be able to efficiently solve electrical problems
Responsibilities:
Assumes all duties deemed necessary by the Chief Electrical Engineer.
Initiates and maintains effective employee relations at all times

Ima san prescreen interview sa Brian Perez-on i sad cekan da mi zakaze technical interwiev sa superintendenton.
Ima li netko informacije sta ocekivat na tom interview-u, sta pita i koliko detaljno iliti slozeno (dali pila)?
Opcenito ponudjeni uvjeti su mi prihvatljivi a malo cackajuci forum sam zakljucija da s vrimenom mogu unapredit svoju financijsku poziciju, da se oko place da dogovorit natuknuto mi je iz ponude e sad kako i do koje mjere ima li neko takva iskustva da se pripremin da nebi ispa ono sta sa ovaj oce? iz prijasnih postova vidin da imaju i neku bonus shemu.
Kako to u praksi funkcionira trenutno?
Iz postova san nekako zakljucio da rezu uvjete i ka da se zele orjentirat na jeftiniju radnu snagu dali je to stvarni trend na firmi?
Sta bi moga ocekivat ka novi El Eng sa nekin previous cruise expiriencon na losijin firmama?

Mene su nakon slicnog odgovora zvali u roku od 2 tjedna s tim da sam vec bio na brodu pa su me zaposlili kad sam odradio ugovor na staroj firmi. zato dont worry sve ok!
