ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Second Engineer will be given an area or specific system to be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance in accordance with the AMOS system.
The Second Engineer will work closely with the First Engineer when scheduling maintenance works on the equipment assigned, if additional manpower is needed.
If any operational problems with the equipment, the Second Engineer must report and work closely with the vessels Electrical Engineers in order to resolve subject issues.
The Second Engineer must be watch qualified and able to take over the watch or stand watch as manning may require.
If any operational problems occur with the equipment, the Second Engineer must report and work closely with the vessel’s Electrical Engineers and 1st Engineer to resolve these issues
Shall be familiar with the safety management system, including specific responsibilities in the safety organization according to the emergency plan and station bill.
Must be familiar with the Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and the SEMS, and carry out the policies and procedures applicable for subject position.
Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of one (1) year prior experience as a Third Engineer is required. Prior experience as a Second Engineer is preferred.
Intermediate to Advanced level English verbal and writing skills, including the proper use of English grammar is required.

EDUCATION
Highschool diploma or foreign equivalent is required.
Position-specific STCW training from an accredited educational institution is required.
An Unlimited Second Engineer License is required.
A National License with a Bahamian Endorsement is required.

Ne mogu se logirat sa pass i username koji koristim na ncl careers i lud sam u glavu. Jeli zna netko koji username i pass ovde tribaju ic jer nijedan drugi vezano za ncl nemam. Puno hvala.

Brate jesam i super mi je odgovorila da mi ne moze pomoc i da nema pojma zasto... zato i pitam vas.. vjerojatno je dosta ljudi ovde proslo proces pa mozda se netko moze sitit...

Onda bi nas @morski vuk moga tu pomoc. On je tamo stara domba i triba bi to znat
 
Kaze Awi sve super, da cu za koji dan primit telefonski poziv od nekog superintendenta, i da ocekuje otvorenje za EE vrlo brzo, al da moram ovo kompletirat. Ajmo kolege i kolegice... di se registrirat i logirat jer nikakvi ID ja nemam, obolia sam.

A: Your Company ID is a short string of characters or an abbreviation—like a "username" for your company. All users at your company share the same Company ID, so you may be able to get your Company ID from a colleague who also uses SuccessFactors. Or, if there's a link to SuccessFactors on your company's intranet, it may have the Company ID already included so you won't need to enter it.

Q: Who are the individuals within my company who have access to the Support Portal and can interact with Support?
A: In general, these users are within your company’s HR department and they are responsible for administering SuccessFactors software. This person controls access to SuccessFactors data within your company and is able to reset usernames and passwords, restore locked accounts, and perform other functions.

Q: Your site didn't ask for my company ID before, but now it does. Why?
A: The SuccessFactors login page appears in one of two possible formats: one that asks for a Company ID and one that doesn't. If asked, you are required to supply a Company ID in order to access the system. If you are not asked for a Company ID on the login page, it's because the Company ID was included in the link you used to get to the page. We recommend that you Bookmark the page or add it to your browser's Favorites list, so that you never need to remember your company ID.

Awi, NCL employees use Company ID to enter SuccessFactors website. I am not NCL employee (yet :)) so I don't have the ID and can't enter the website.

Nista iznenadujuce nazalost. Samo jos jedna tuka u nizu cilog officea u Miamiu...gori su nego LK Split:D

Mislis kako sam ja nedavno zaposlen, pa mi je frisko kako se to radi. Kad sam se ja bavio time, toga naravno nije bilo (samo je 12 godina proslo :kafa).
A jucer sam imao meeting sa predstavnicima IT Dept. iz Miami Office-a, pa sam im toliko toga nabrojio sta ne stima, da su jedva docekali pobic iz moga office-a, steta da nisam i ovo vidio prije, imali bi jos 1 item vise...
A ovi padobranci iz recruitmenta su tek prica za sebe (lovci na talente - mos mislit)...
