Bas to i buni,ako po ostalim kapetanijama nista ne znaju odakle doticna vuce informacije?
Ne vjerujem da se gospodja upustila u izmisljanja,birokraciji je "tesko" i postojece propise provoditi.
Bar ne u konstrukcije ove vrste...vidjecemo
 
Bio sam na Luckoj kapetanija u Rijeci.........


A zasto mene uopce ne cudi da je i ovaj "podzakon ili kako god nazvao ovu svinjariju i govnjariju" krenuo iz LK Rijeka? Izgleda da su svi ovi u LK Rijeka ocito u nekoj drugoj drzavi jer kod nas uvijek vrijede neka druga pravila. Tamo su svi zaposlenici tako i tako po rodjackoj vezi i svima je mjesto prebivalista u Bakru pa shodno tome,vidljivo je da im je ona Koksara nanijela trajnija ostecenja.
 
Izvjesno je da idemo uskoro u dry dock a tamo bi se mogli zadrzati oko pola godine.
Uz pretpostavku da ce mi teci postojeci permanent ugovor:kako se,iz vasih osobnih iskustava ili drugih spoznaja, tretira ostajanje u brodogradilistu tako dugo sa stajalista sea service record?
Zastava jahte je Kajmansko otocje,imaju li oni odredbe o tome sto se upisuje pod navigaciju?
Ako mi u kajmansku matrikulu ne budu taj period mogao biti priznat/upisan nece onda ni u nasu....
Nisam jos pitao purser-a na jahti,buduci se nista jos ne zna sluzbeno (gdje,tocno kada,koje brodogradiliste).

Podpitanje-neki palubarci spominju da ce nam mozda dati ugovore preko brodogradilista,onda to vise ne bi bila navigacija.

Postovani kolega...ja nisam na Yahti,ali sada sam bio sa dredgerom u dry-docku skoro cijeli ugovor,odnosno 35 od 42 dana,takodjer se i iskrcao u doku i to je sve upisano u matrikulu kao ukrcaj na brod.Nigdje u matrikuli nema podjele na navigaciju,dokiranje ili sidro tako da mislim da nebis trebao imati problema.
 
u matrikulu upisuješ luku ukrcaja, ne da li je u pitanju škver ili npr kontejnerski terminal.
nećeÅ¡ biti ni prvi ni zadnji koji se ukrcao i iskrcao iz iste luke.

nebitno Å¡to će biti upisano u matrikulu zastave broda. pobrini se da u naÅ¡oj matrikuli piÅ¡e datum i mjesto ukrcaja/iskrcaja.
kada škver ne bi bio seaservice, svi koji tijekom ugovora odu u npr dry dok, morali bi 'zamrznit' sea service na taj period.

We don’t necessary want a full time, exclusive ETO, but we do want a well rounded engineer who can be tasked with those types of jobs when needed. The salary range for this position is always negotiable, but would range in the area of 6,000 to 8,000 US dollars per month. This would be a full time position, with 6 weeks of leave, own cabin, medical insurances, etc...

Deck.

6. 50m MY. Chief Officer/Relief Captain. € 96000. Must have minimum MCA Master 3000gt (Y). The role is primarily as Chief Officer and to stand in for the Captain in his absence. The pay will be starting at €8000 per month, with an annual wage review. Good ISM experience a bonus. There will be a lot of drive time and the Chief Mate must be capable of moving the vessel without the Master in attendance. There will be full training provided and this is a great opportunity for the right candidate. There is a possibility of rotational Master in the future for the right person. Although there will be good drive time the sea time may not be that much, hence the reason for already holding the Master 3000gt ticket.


Stew.

10. 50m MY. Second Stewardess. € Good neg. Someone to work alongside the Chief Stewardess and to be a good all round team player, someone willing to help out others. We encourage all crew to help in other departments. The deck Dept will also help out the interior at any time. There are currently only 2 stewardesses, a Chief and a Second. In the future we may also employ a 3rd Stew. Although there are only 2 stew positions at the moment, they seem to cope very well as the family are not too demanding. The service on board is very relaxed, friendly and family orientated.

12. 48m MY. Chief Stewardess. $ 72000. Start on 10th Jan in FLL, 13th month pay, Full medical and dental, Flights, We do dockwise so there are additional 4 weeks of “down time annually, 3 interior total, Prefer the quieter type based on owners.

We are currently seeking a Rotational Chief Mate to join a Luxury, 60M+, Private Superyacht. Applicants should be used to managing international crew and they should be a strong leader with good communication skills looking for a long term role with a lovely yacht and crew.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the same position within the superyacht industry and hold a Chief Mate qualification. They should also have knowledge of GMDSS, ISM/ISPS and ECDIS. Candidates must be male due to cabin arrangements.

Deckhand needed for a 100+ m high profile M/Y which is travelling. We are looking for an experienced hands on individual with relevant background on busy large motor yachts prferably over 60 m or experience in cruise ship industry. Qualification: STCW95, ENG1, proficiency in designated security duties or security awareness certificate, passenger safety certificate, deck rating watch keeping certificate, valid Shengen visa, Seaman’s book, PB2/PWC/HLO a big plus but not mandatory. Exterior maintenance: knowledge of painting, varnishing, stripping, waxing, products etc, maintaining various water toys, line handling. Only East European and South American candidates can be considered.Professional appearance - no visible tattoos. Long term position.
