We have right now the following engineer vacancy:
Chief Engineer for 35 m M/Y required asap, right now located in South of Italy, based in SOF, minimum Y4 certificate, MTU engines, motor yacht displacement 35 mt, Dutch builder, charter & private use, English speaking, 6 crews during summer, 4 crew in winter, contract and medical insurance covered, full time employment for the right candidate, who can help on deck for cleaning and passerelle watch, the duties are 50% engineer and 50% on deck, salary 5000 EUR.
Please notice our terms & conditions as follow:
I understand that agency Proangels charges 30% of the first month`s salary of their candidates for short-term contract (max. 6 months) and 50% for long term contract (min. 12 months). This amount will be deducted from the first month`s salary of the employee. Commission is payable within 3 days of Proangels`s candidate starting to work on board by the management of the yacht, the rest of the 1. months salary the candidate will get at the end of the month.
We are serving our candidates with all potential and ressources to support them effectively in their dream career, for this management services we are charging the percentage listed above of the 1. monthâ??s salary. We keep our applicants present in the luxury yachting industry, take care of them with our psychological background in cases such as stress management as well as while insurance and contract disagreements arise. It's important for us to move our candidates forward in the yachting industry and to rise their salary from year to year, it's of mutual interest for both parties. Our services are until the applicants have signed the employement contract free of charge.
