With the Thomas Keller (The French Laundry) implementation in the Seabourn fleet, we have a number of openings for Chefs of all levels. The following Positions are available: Chef de Partie Ex Sous Chef Chef de Cuisine Colonnade (Alternative Dining Room) Ex Chef de Cuisine, All Contracts are 4 months ON/ 2 Months Off and the salaries to be discussed during screening. Seaway heavylifting
The Chief Cook is responsible for the smooth carrying out of all galley activities and reports to the Catering Manager. Rotation schedule for this position is 5 weeks on, 5 weeks off.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Proactively contribute to the safety regime on the vessel.
• Carry out other related tasks when required by management.
• Serve meals with an excellent taste.
• Main cleaning of galley.
Requirements
• STCW as per 2010 Manila Amendments.
• MLC 2006.
• Familiar and/or certified as per HACCP.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chief Cook (offshore experience as Chief Cook will be considered an advantage).

Pozdrav svima. Zna li netko imam li sanse da se ukrcam na brod jer gdje god da posaljem cv nitko ne odgovara a ako odgovori onda je odgovor da sam prestar.
 
Kolike su prosječne plaće za kuhara na brodu Å¡to se tiče kontejneraÅ¡a?Inače na kruzerima se kreće od 800 do 1500$ mislim to sam odmah prekrižio na početku.Čujem da na kontejneraÅ¡ima nije ispod 2000€ dal je to istina?
 
Moguce ako ne i vise.Na offshoru 3000e a i na boljim brodima i vise...na kruzeru suchef i chef imaju od 60 pa navise iljada dolara godisnje ovisno o kompaniji

To je ok, ali ne vjerujem da bi odmah dobio poziciju chefa, zato pitam koliko se kreće plaće "običnih" kuhara, mislim da na trgovačkim brodovima nije ispod 2000€ dok je na kruzerima nekakv jad od 800 do 1500$ pa toliko i tu zaradim čemu onda da plovim?

Isplati se položit tečaj brodskog kuhara tu dođe oko 7.000 kuna, dal bi mi to Å¡ta pomoglo?
 
Kako se uopce mislis ukrcat kao kuhar bez breveta brodskog kuhara. Koliko se sicam imas 23god i nemas iskustva kao kuhar na brodu. Mozes zaboravit da ce te neka firma uzest za kuhara odma.

Pa to sam mislio sve položit jer kažem ne namjeravam joÅ¡ ić.MisliÅ¡ ako nemam iskustva na brodu da nema niÅ¡ta od toga, onda da se makenem od ćoravog posla jer ću samo bzv izgubit vrijeme i novac?

Iz prve ruke na manjem bulku 1800 eura, na dgs kontenjerima prvi put 1800 dolara,turisticki jedrenjaci po jadranu oko 9000 kn.
