Nazovi i pitaj. Mozda jos uvik rade.
Za ove druge "dobro" upucene:
SSM NIKAD nije ima nista sa putnickom flotom ( bar sta se tice Princess-a).
Ugovor , placa - isplata, letovi , vize, rotacije itd su se dobivale iz ureda u Southampton ,UK.
Sada je skoro sve prebaceno u Ameriku , Santa Clarita.

Ljudi ja ne razumijem kako ta firma jo?? uvijek posluje?Pojeo vuk magare?Nikom nista na kraju balade.Niti kazna, nista.Osim oduzete dopusnice za posredovanje pri ukrcaju.A koliko vidim to ih ne sprijecava.Cak otvaraju novu firmu.I tko da tome stane na kraj?Drzava?Sumnjam.

VISAKHAPATNAM: The crew of a Flag of Convenience (FOC) ship abandoned by its deemed-to-be owner in Croatia are stranded in Visakhapatnam forcing them to go without food and water.
“For past three days, the generators have stopped working and the survival of 15 Indians and seven other crew members from Myanmar, Ukraine, Montenegro and Philippines is under threat,” International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF) Inspector B.V. Ratnam told The Hindu on Tuesday.
The crew filed a petition before the Chairman, AP State Human Rights Commission, Hyderabad, on Monday.
The ship m.v. Glory 1 bearing a Panama flag is operated by Ratko Bozic of Split Ship Management, Croatia. He is deemed to be vessel owner. It was built in 1981.
The ship which came to Mumbai in August is chartered by Coromandel International Limited to import rock phosphate for its fertilizer plant in the city. Jyothi Shipping Agency is the owner's agent.
The crew who `arrested' the vessel following orders from AP High Court on September 10 are on strike demanding back wages to the tune of $97,087.
Earlier, it was arrested in Mumbai by Coromandel Fertilizers Limited claiming demurrage of $8.12 lakh.
With the intervention of ITF which has headquarters in London, the unloading of cargo was not allowed. On the request of some of them, 15 employees were repatriated without back wages by ITF, Mr. Ratnam said.
Later, through a placement agency, the deemed owner employed 15 Indians, who subsequently got court orders to arrest the ship for non-payment of wages and failure to provide basic amenities.

‘Swift Cro’ ready to be auctioned in Bangladesh
A 29-year-old bulker is set to be auctioned off in Bangladesh 18 months after it was arrested over unpaid dues.
The 25,500-dwt Swift Cro (built 1983), which is currently lying in Chittagong, will go under the hammer next month following an order by Bangladesh’s Supreme Court last week to recover claims of more than $8.5m.
However, it is unlikely that all the claimants will receive their outstanding monies as the ship is valued at much less than that.
Online ship-valuation platform VesselsValue.com puts its demolition value of about $3m.
The Swift Cro was bought by Croatian owner Rasad Maritime as a part of an en-bloc sale from a Greek owner in October 2007 for about $13m.
According to the Equasis database, it is the company’s only ship.
Chittagong-based sources say Rasad has had trouble repaying its loan since 2009 to its Austria-based lender, Hypo Alpe Adria Bank International AG, which is currently owed about $5.7m.
Additionally, it has not paid fees amounting to about $2.5m to its Singapore-based broking agency, Dava International Trading & Shipping, since 2010.
Outstanding crew salaries come in at about $500,000 and around $160,000 is also owed to Chittagong port agent Brothers Shipping.
According to Mohammad Hanif, managing director of Brothers and one of the litigants, Bangladeshi authorities were unable to track down the shipowner after it was arrested in January 2011.
