Ovo je čisto iskoriÅ¡tavanje!!!! Ovo ni Filipinci nece prihvatiti... Ovo bi trebalo zabraniti i kazniti.
Nikada nisam bio "fan" Arapaskih zemalja jer oni nikada nedaju dobre Day-rates.

Apologies for the direct nature of our approach, but 3R are currently working with a global cruise brand to drastically increase the number of Marine Engineers on their vessels, due to fleet expansion and the introduction of a new ERM policy. This is an excellent opportunity to transfer to the cruise market for individuals with little or no experience in this area. The client are looking for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Engineering officers, but are especially interested in engineers holding class 2 CoC second engineer unlimited. Passenger vessel experience is good to have, but if you are a senior watch keeper working on offshore, tankers or container vessels we would be very keen to speak to you. Job Specifics for 2nd Engineer can be seen below, 1st, 3rd and 4th Engineer salaries will be disclosed on application. 2nd Engineer - Salary – €4,200 per month - Yearly Seniority increase - For the first Year 4 months on board and 2 ashore. - From the second year rotation period decrease to 3 months on board and 2 ashore. - Fix rotation plan . Ship's assigned. - Permanent contract (12 months’ salary) - Italian contract , social benefits . - Pension contributions paid to Italy.
