Zodiac teško s obzirom koliko rusi drmaju al nek proba priko beograda. Bia dugo tamo poa znan izravno situaciju. ADNTACO nek proba krca bsm UK na njih i fali im ljudi uvik a uvijeti su sasvin ok.

Nista od toga iz Bg..Indijci 90%..nasi jaaaako tesko.eventualno oni koji su nekad bili na Zodiaca pa ostali..a ovo drugo da ne pricam.Osim par kompanija na koje krcaju nase agencije neces nista naci ispod 6+1 za 2700 do 3000$ za terca na bulku..pa ko voli nek izvoli.bio sam doma 8 mj i zvao sve brojeve po Europi.Bulk kompanije.Posla se nadje.Ali ko voli tuci po 6,7 mj neka ode...ja bas i ne..
nasa sam nesto (trebalo mi 2 miseca slanja mailova (moj savjet da uz cv saljete i sve skenirano u pdf-u). Ima posla-samo treba bit objektivan,
saljite tamo di znate da su sanse realne (recimo ivik ste na bulku- dnevno posalji 20 zamolbi svabama, nizozemcima-koji imaju bulk- netko ce te sigurno uzet). za 2. sam uletio- al ima sam 3 broda ko 2. i 3. ko 3. Mladi oficiri bez iskustva/ sa jednim ugovorom- zovite jadroplova, splosnu, atlansku, ocean koper... Drugo su strojari koji mogu di hoce.

A candidate that is available for the long-term and on a flexible basis is highly appreciated. Also, experience on these types of ships is a big plus! As Third Officer, you carry out a wide range of tasks such as providing assistance with trading worldwide. Additionally, you strive to prevent accidents and calamities from happening.
Need to have around 1 year in rank

Tasks
In addition to routine navigational watch, also in charge of ship’s clock/time, log books and signals
Inspection and maintenance of all Life Saving Appliances as required by SOLAS Convention
Assigned as Medical Officer
Inspection and maintenance of Portable Fire Extinguisher / Protection including but not limited to CO2 type, Foam and Dry Chemical Powder
Inspection and maintenance of Portable Gas Analyzer including but not limited to O2 Analyzer, Hydrocarbons, Toxic Gases and Dew Point Meter
Manage ship’s stores for deck department.
Routine cargo watch at cargo control room (CCR), similar to the above Second Mate duties and responsibilities
Manage cargo related documents as required by the charter party

Zavisi slna kojim si brodovima bio kadet? Ako si bio na chem.tankeru kadet vise od 6 miseci Azara ima priliku s vrimena na vrime ukrcat te na tankere za junior officer. (Kompanija po mateixu trazi samo takve juniore)

Ex. Hartmann offshore sad je valjda UOS, zatim agencija MMH iz malte regrutira sve manje iskusne s offshorea na drillshipove koji su vezani u portu, idealno za mladje da skupe exp. Ili bjeze glavom bez obzira. (bez Bosiet breveta zaboravi posao)

Na crudeu ali imam oba advancea posto sam bio davno prije ugovor kao rating na oil/chemu. Imam odrađen i ugovor za terca na aframaxu, ugl., imam volju i zelju za radom, ucenjem, daljnjem razvoju a ne mogu se nigdi ukrcat. Spreman sam za bilo kakvu kombinaciju, samo da partim.

Kolega, hvala puno na infu. Ukrcati se negdi je postala znanstvena fantastika, odnosno u razmjerima trazenja posla u ranku astronauta. Odlucia sam se otisnut ka offshore vodama, pocetkom veljace idem u Aberdeen u Survivex na OPITO BOSIET, HUET, CA-EBS, EBS, OPITO (MIST), SHOULDER WIDTH MEASUREMENT, OGUK, NORWEGIAN ESCAPE CHUTE a kad to rijesim picim u Split na DP Induction pa se nadam da ce negdi upaliti nesto, isao bi za bilo sto, samo da krenem i pocnem vracati ulozeno.
