Vidim da ima dosta debuloza koje kruže internetom pa evo da raÅ¡čistimo. Svi info su iz prve ruke:
-kap. Stambulić radi zajedno sa Bogdan Company iz Sinja direktno i iskljucivo za MSC to jest obojica su pomorci koji su navigali na MSC i koje je MSC agencija iz Sorrenta zaposlila da rade u Hrvatskoj i zapoÅ¡ljavaju Hrvatske pomorce.
Stoga ako ste dobili ponudu sa bilo kojeg drugog izvora logično je za shvatit da je čista muljaža. ( U Srbiji u Bg postoji Živana agent koji krca Crnogorske pomorce i isto radi za MSC u Sorrentu).
Plaće za officire na kruzerima:
-4000 e 3. palube/stroja
-4400 e 2. palube/stroja
-5400 e 1. palube/stroja
Nakon godinu ili dvi nesjećam se točno napunjene navigacije plaća raste oko 100 i neÅ¡to eura.

Bogami da je plaćeno i kući bilo bi i mrtvih okolo agencije.
Msc je neloÅ¡a firma. Plače su srednja žalost. Prednosti su da jednom kad se dobije posao gotovo ga je nemoguče izgubit, znači triba bi praktički potopit brod. Posla ima i bit če ga u daleku budućnost jer stalno rade nove brodove.Neradi se puno mada i to ovisi od broda do broda svaki kapetan ili staff ima svoja pravila. PokuÅ¡avaju bit velika firma ali joÅ¡ su daleko od toga.
Sve u svemu samo dobra odskočna daska za bolje firme.

Vidim da ima mnogo nedoumica oko MSC-a, pa da vam malo pomognem. U HR postoji sam jedna agencija koja ukrcava i ide se samo preko njih. Postoje slučajevi ili bolje priče da neki hr pomorci idu direktno preko Italije ali to su ljudi koji navigavaju na toj kompaniji preko 20-30 godina. To su bila neka druga vremena. Ovako, procedura za upasti na putnicke je slijedeca, javiti se bogdanu u sinju, najednostavnija solucija ali opet nema nekog kruha od toga, upitno je koliko koga moze ukrcati i da li ''hoce''. Puno efikasnija metoda je poslati e-mail direktno u HR department MSC-a u Sorrento, dolje sam naveo adrese dvojice ljudi koji su glavni tamo, uglavnom najbolje se javiti V.Amitranu on je desna ruka glavnoga i vrlo susretljiv, odgovara na e-mail i sl. (za razliku od glavnog). Ako imaju mjesto za vas oni proslijede vasu aplikaciju bogdanu i on vas mora zvati, dalje papirologija ide standardno preko njega.
Sto se tice Maresce on je sada u menagmentu i zaduzen je za ukrcaj kapetana i chiefova, nije u HR dept., ali ovaj vicenzo mu je bio desna ruka, tako ako negdje trebate slati saljite ovom covjeku.

SSM valjda krca na neke kruzere,al ne na MSC. SSM navodno salje na aidu,costu i navodno ima intervju za jos neke...
