ljudi imaju familju rade 4 tjedna u balunu su ko ce i kad vrtit oglase i gledat....
ima smaldze snahge koje imaju vrimena i onda vrte lipe sve i svasta i nesto ce zasigurno od toga proc.....
i nekome ce pomoc...

ja kad vrtin linkedin drzin i pomorac.net upaljen u tabu do ako sta vidin zalipit cu to apsolutno nema nikakve veze s tim tko ima vrimena tko nema pa evo tako i sad... neman povezan sigurno sa svim recruiterima na linkedinu a i sigurno dosta toga priskocin jer ne visin stalno... evo nesto ide za offshore opet... ovde je glavna tema na forumu tko sta vozi vec dugo vrimena...

svaki misec je novi evaluation i salju vise ljudi doma
od 58 jedinica 11 je u radu ,8 je cold stack i to se nikad nece vratit sve ostalo iskidano
20 rigova izlazi iz skverova 6gen racunaj da ih je 40etak 6gen na cold hot stack ceka za posal
na svaki rig stavi 3 supply broda na svaka 4 riga stvai jedan rov brod ,sve su to ljudi bez posla
ono sta se otvori vracaju se stari ljudi s plavom putovnicom...
sad nesto pocinju radit ali takav je najam da se radi s gubitkom samo da se radi i spasi brod od propadanaja...

Zadnja je bila BSM Å¡to sam isto pisao ovdje kao i sve ostalo. Sad već par mjeseci tražim bez uspjeÅ¡no ukrcaj. Da bi me slučajno zvao jedan kolega s kojim sam navigao i ponudio mi pomoć da me poveže s čovjekom koji bi me mogao ukrcati uz njegov zub za svaki ugovor naravno isto preko naÅ¡e agencije. E sad Å¡ta da ja sad radim? Mnogi se tako ukrcaju kod nas, siguro ima i usera tu na forumu koji to isto rade a možda je i taj dotični gospodin s ekipom tu. Jer ove agencije kod nas ti lako mogu uniÅ¡titi pomorski život i sav trud i iskustvo uniÅ¡tit te skroz eto tako jel to mogu i hoće a pogotovu strijima. i znači ja kao pomorac nevrijedim niÅ¡ta a oni su bogovi. Eto i dalmosu i Gavri i ostalima.
