We are currently looking for an Electrician Engineer who is able to become the “travelling Electrician Engineer” who will be the one responsible for the fleet of vessels of our client (operating 8 Shore/Sea Container vessels)

Rotation: 2 months on/off; [h=2]Job scope:[/h]
  • The electrician is self starting
  • Is qualified and has over 2 years in experience in rank
  • Reports to the Chief Engineer
  • Willing to be transferred over the fleet within the contract of abt 2 months up to 3 months.
[h=2]Qualification for the Electrician position for the fleet:[/h]
  • Can read ladder diagrams of PLC's
  • Ability to find earth faults
  • Troubleshooting of the electrical systems on board including navigational equipment
  • Knowledge of electronical, switchboards, breakers and regulators.
  • High voltage certificate
  • Hands on mentality to assist or take lead in installations
  • Willing and able to take on tasks not specifically part of the job of the electrician.
Start date end September dates latest.

We're looking for AB to join PSV Caledonian Vanguard on 23/10 in Aberdeen.

It's a temporary replacament till approx.20/11.

Contract duration: 4 weeks (+/- 2week), temp.
