Carnival plans to use the following ships to expatriate the crew back home:
Carnival Panorama will depart from Long Beach, California on April 18, and set sail to the Philippines and Indonesia.
Carnival Glory will set sail to Latin America, with stops in the Caribbean, Central America including countries on the Northern parts of South America.
Carnival Breeze will sail to Central, North and South Africa, along with ports in Western Europe and Central Asia.

Koliko sam ja shvatio firma bi trebala da izda neki sertifikat u kome se potvrdjuje da si pomorac zaposlen kod njih i time stices status radnika od znacaja da bi ti bio dozvoljen tranzit od/do broda.
Jedino jos da otvore komercijalne letove, koliko sam skontao to je planirano za peti mjesec da krene pomalo.
Zanima me kako ce sve to biti regulisano kad krene sa smjenama, da li ce biti obavezno raditi test prije napustanja drzave, da li ce biti obavezan karantin prije/poslije dolaska/napustanja broda, da li ce avioni biti skroz popunjeni ili ce se ostavljati slobodna mjesta kao neka mjera prevencije sirenja virusa?

9.Social protection: Seafarers’ entitlement to paid sick leave in case of infection or quarantine
39. According to Standard A4.2.1, paragraph 1 (a), of the MLC, 2006, shipowners shall be liable to bear the costs for seafarers working on their ships in respect of sickness and injury of the seafarers occurring between the date of commencing duty and the date upon which they are deemed duly repatriated, or arising from their employment between those dates. According to paragraph 3 of the same Standard, where the sickness or injury results in incapacity for work the shipowner shall be liable: to pay full wages as long as the sick or injured seafarers remain on board or until the seafarers have been repatriated in accordance with the Convention; and to pay wages in whole or in part as prescribed by national laws or regulations or as provided for in collective agreements from the time when the seafarers are repatriated or landed until their recovery or, if earlier, until they are entitled to cash benefits under the legislation of the Member concerned. In this context, seafarers who have contracted COVID-19 should be entitled to paid sick leave or sickness benefits as long as they are incapacitated to work, in order to compensate them for the suspension of earnings that they suffer as a consequence.
Quarantine periods on board and ashore for seafarers – whether they have symptoms, have been exposed or are quarantined as a safety precaution – are equally covered by the above-mentioned provisions of the MLC, 2006.
40. Importantly, before or during the process of repatriation, the expense of medical care and board and lodging for periods spent by seafarers in selfisolation or in quarantine – whether the seafarers have symptoms, have been exposed or are quarantined as a safety precaution – must be covered by the shipowner until the seafarers are considered to be duly repatriated, unless the expense is assumed by public authorities in accordance with the applicable national legislation.

Ako sam ja dobro svatija, nesto se spominju testovi prije ukrcaja i onda kad dodjes na brod ponovo test. Nekako mi to nema smisla kad je dokazano da mozes bit negativan na test 5-7 dana i onda se taj virus aktivira,
i dali neko zna ista o ukidanju smaoizolacije kad se dodje doma kad bi se to moglo ocekivat

plus uz to moras imat kartu i naravno ugovor.
Sta se tice testiranja razmislja se da agencije testiraju ljude prije odlaska na brod (sta je po mom sudu teska glupost jer se covik moze zarazit na aerodromu).
