Jbg ako hoces iskustvo prilagodi se trzistu. Ti uvjeti i nisu bas nesto. Prije svega mislim na duzinu ugovora. Ugl takve ugovore prihvaca ekipa sa iskustvom koja ne moze dobiti avancamenat na svojoj firmi.
Imam 6 godina na LNG-u i kontaktirao sam TK direktno i Dyna Gas (Ketrin). Nisam dobio nikakav odgovor. :rolleyes:
MOL mi se zahvalio na kontaku ali da ne traze ljude sto je posteno jer znam da drze ljude doma na lovi ili ih salju na tecajeve dok im ne izadu novi brodovi.
Globtik nisam kontaktirao
BSM trazi isto ljude ali brodovi im izlaze tek sljedece godine (3 mjesec).
Pa tko voli i zeli ovo im je prilika da se uvale na LNG jer ne vjerujem da ce naci toliko kadra sa iskustvom.
A i vozarine nisu nesto nije mi jasno zasto grade toliko ali to je vec druga prica....

Sad zadnji put kad sam bio doma apliciro direkt, obavio 4 kruga interwiew procesa, proso i kazu asap javi kad si spreman. Reko za 6mj nek 2e brevet i ostatak skole rijesim.
Frend mi se za carga ukrco neki dan na Dynu.
Mitsui, lagano idemo u ropotarnicu povjesti (zvali me dok sam bio na brodu zadnji put), kinezima idu cesi novogradnje, crni nadiru na parnjace.
Sto se tice grka i ukrcavanja bez lng exp, provajte marangas ako imate tanker exp. Popunite aplikaciju na njihovoj stranici, posaljite i onda svako par dana masirajte telefonski crewing department. Uletit ce te. (Osim ako niste golar kadar, 46god sa vecernjom srednjom :D).
Kod mene je doso rumunj koji je ko 2e sa tankera direkt iso za carga na lng steam vessel.
Moze se, samo se treba htjet.

Ovo mogu potvrdit znam tipa sa iskustvom, svim brevetima + preporuka od covika iz TKa i tip nije dobija posa. Skloni su azijatima.

Na TK sam ima intervju koji je trajaj oko sat vrimena. Sve sam mu zadovoljia i da bi mi na kraju Thomas Murray reka da kao sve je super ali oni traže striktno aframax iskustvo. Onda sam mu odgovoria zaÅ¡to mi to na početku nisi reka a ne maslaÅ¡ me sat vrimena sve ti znam pa na kraju vadiÅ¡ dlaku u jajetu. Kad san doÅ¡a na NMM sazna sam da mu je viÅ¡e komadanata napisalo ka sekondu da je doslovno neposoban i opasan na brodu i da ga maknu s broda pothitno pa su mu se smilovali i stavili ga u office a kasnije je zavrÅ¡ia u NMM jer je na TK neÅ¡to zajeba i u officu.
Dobro je ovo rek Golar kadar postali su u Splitu odvojeni brend pomorstva a C.C2 je urpavo točno opisa overweight i overage mladiči iz večernje Å¡kole koje su do jučer bili u konzuma ili negdi na skeli.

Qualifications
