Evo rasprava ko je kriv ko je prav...
Cinjenice:
-Forum na pomorac net-u je svrsihodan i koristan
-Clanovi udruge (oni koji su platili clanarinu) pomazu jedni drugima prije nego ovima "vani" sta je skroz normalno i razumljivo
-Svi se kunemo ka pomoci cemo drugima itd...Vidi se koliko smo spremni pomoc ispod nicka-a di pise na kojoj si firmi i sta si na brodu, malo ih je koji su stavili iskrene podatke, pitanje je samo dali ne zele da ih se gnjavi ako su na dobrim firmama ili ih je sram ako su na losijim frimama
-Forum koristi i ljudima koji navrate samo po pomoc, nekome to smeta, pomoglo se puno, cini mi se Neri npr, kojoj je muz osta u africi priko ssm-a, a sta bi sad zena tribala i dalje visit ovdi...nisam siguran dali se taj muz zahvalija i dali je on logiran tu, neda mi se trazit, nije ni bitno, uglavnom nemozemo svi bit zadovoljni da ga hebes
-Neki ce bit ljubomorni na place drugih, i ja bi volija zaradivat duplo nego zaradujem ali to ne triba skrivat nego rec, a drago mi je da je drugima dobro i da imaju vise pogotovo prijatelji, baren cu imat u koga posudit kad bude tribalo a i znat cu da tamo negdi postoji puno puno bolje placen posal pa mozda i ja budem tamo jednog dana
Moj zakljucak je da je forum odlican, samo u krvi nam je da budemo ljubomorni i da se rugamo jedni drugima...to se nece nikad prominit.
Ljudima iz udruge (sta placaju clanarinu) svaka cast, i morate pomagat najprije jedni drugima.
Ja clanarinu nisam platija i necu iz svojih uvjerenja a na forum cu navracat kad mogu i pomoc cu kome mogu.

Ja sam ovdje nabrojao do sada mo?žda 40 nickova struja. Kad je trebalo pisati prijedlog za Ministarstvo oko novih brevta pozvao sam sve struje da se uključe u raspravu. Osim prijedloga plinske boce oko noge i ??etanja korzom s istom nitko se , ali ama ba?? nitko nije javio. Očito nikoga nije briga ??to ćemo se mo?žda naći u situaciji da nas 80% neće moći dobiti brevet ETO-a. Al' nema veze svi ćemo mi na kraj krajeva u svojim mračnim kutovima svoga doma na kraju plakati svi za sebe i govoriti kako nas je sjebala Vlada,a sami sebi ni??ta da napravimo.
UPH forum mora biti za UPH članove. Ne postoji niti jedan forum na koju mo?že?? doći , predstaviti se , dobiti informaciju o svemu ??to te zanima i onda te iste ljude sterati u pičku mile matere na način da im ne pru?ži?? ni podr??ku kad se bore i za tvoje interese.
Konoba slobodna. Uz konobu ostaviti dio za kadete slobodan. Ostalo samo uz člansku iskaznicu. Da ne bi sad bilo da je svima za 100$ predla?žem i osnovanje suda od starijih članova koji će ocjeniti kome a kome ne dat pristup na forum bez plaćanja ( mo?žda je čovjek u situaciji da ne mo?že dugo vremena nać posao ovo ono )..
Ali svi problemi polaze iz toga da se sisaju informacije s foruma, bez brige i bez kulture i da se neki ljudi koji mogu biti samo primjer nama mlađima ( a takvih je ovdje puno ) omalova?žavaju i ne po??tuju onoliko koliko bi trebalo. Ne mo?že?? doći na brod i sterati u krasni barbu , ćifa palube ili bilo koga drugoga. Pa tako ne mo?že?? ni na forum.
Muktaro??ki pristup nekih članova na ovome forumu treba biti istoga trena zabranjen i stavljena brava na vrata foruma. Pa će se onda te zainteresirati za rad udruge i shvatiti koliko informacije na ovome forumu znače a i samim time će se odnos prema ljudima promjeniti. Kome nije do pomorskog foruma neka lijepo ide na forum.hr tamo na pdf-u Ljubav erotika seks upravo raspravljaju o razlici u godinama između mu??ko ?ženskog odnosa. Ako nije normalno da lik od 60 godina jebe djevojče od 16 onda isto tako nije normalno da kadet ili jebivjetar od 20 godina jebe nekoga od 50 godina.. pa ajmo se voditi tom direktivom..

Neznam zasto su mi obrisali post,
No reka sam ti za svoj CV, sa 25 godina C/O na Tankerskoj, vise od 15 godina C/O na Multipurposima, Kontejnerasima, RO-RO, Bulk Carrierima...mogu to sad spomenuti, al mi neces vjerovati, vec sa 28 godina sam na stranca predlozen za Mastera, al nisam imao Master Unlimited, no imam kod sebe performance report iz kojeg se to vidi. Dakle sve sto sam stekao, stekao sam svojim radom i znanjem, al na zalost nisam imao srece (koju ti jedino i ocito imas), pa dolazim u offshore prije 3 godine, di sam trenutno za Mastera, polaznik sam PPOP (Posebni Program Obrazovanja Pomoraca) i kad to zavrsim (a to ce biti very soon), i kad bude Pay slip u pitanju i tu ces mi moci staviti soli na rep

BTW, ja Abortusima nazivam ljude koji imaju ono sto nisu zasluzili, a ne one sa malom placom.
Nadalje, zbog svoje upornosti i znanja, nastojacu ici dalje i vise, a da imam Master unlimited, vec bih bio na placi di bi mi i Frenkijeva izgledala ka dzeparac, imam mail kod sebe a drugu ponudu sam imao prije tjedan dana, a ti ces ovisiti od milosti nadredjenih, jer se siva masa nema vise di siriti a srece ponestaje.
Meni svi znadu di sam, a budi ti frajer pa reci di si ti i kako kod tebe doci.

Vessel is a AHTS and will be engaged in FPSO installation project as from end of January 2012. As a result my client need around 10 DP Officers ( 4 with DP Unlimited and 6 with minimum Advanced DP licenses ) To join in Namibia for at least 4 - 12 weeks contract - possibly ongoing work there after.

bio sam na dugoj 3god pa na ovim trabakulima po dalmacije 3ugovora.sad bi se prebacio na offshore suplay al mi ne ide vec godinu dana tragam al bez uspijeha,poslao sam preko 400molbi al ne ide,nemam iskustva na tom tipu broda pa ne ide!!
Pa sada molim ako mi neko moze rec savjet?sta radit?koga zvat?gdje ic?itd!!! bio bi zahvalan!!
nemam iskustava na offshoru pa mi recite dali postoji mogucnost da negdi upadnem,,,Timunjer sam godinu dana i kao deckhand upast je nemoguca misija,bez neke dobre veze a voljan sam kao sta znam i platit da se ukrcam na neki ugovor!!!
