DESIGNATION: Project Welder
SALARY: 4,500.00 Pounds monthly /take-home (After tax), Dollars or Euros equivalent depending on home country and currency preference.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Proficient in assigned welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
2. Interpretation of mechanical drawings, including especially including weld requirement
3. Knowledge of wire and filler materials applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and some exotic materials
4. Working knowledge of conversions and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
5. Conventional and precision measuring instruments
6. Process inspection, certification, and documentation
7. Welding equipment maintenance
8. Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools
9. Safety and Housekeeping
10. Other duties as assigned by the area supervisor
JOB LOCATION:
United Kingdom
CONTRACT DURATION: Level 1: 36 Months (Three years) and renewable only on satisfactory performance by employee.
DURATION OF WORK PERIODS:
Depending on job designation
WORKTIME: Work time shall be 40 hours workweek for the 48 months contract term. Any work performed beyond the normal 40 hrs a week, work time, shall be due for an overtime benefit to be paid at 150.00 Pounds - 200.00 Pounds per hour.
ACCOMMODATION: First class accommodation will be provided for you. Quality single or family accommodation in Company communities only as necessitated by employee.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT PACKAGES:

TRAVEL PAPERS/DOCUMENTS:
Your employer, Mass Drilling Company Ltd. , shall be responsible for any expenses whatsoever involved in the processing of your Immigration work permit and Residence permit papers before you embark on duty to United Kingdom. Nevertheless, any further expenses required shall be at your own expenses. The Company will pay for your Visa, ticket tro and fro.
TRAVEL ALLOWANCE: employer for each intercontinental trip shall pay 3,000.00 Pounds flat rate travel/entertainment allowance, to employee.
OFFICE ASSETS: Employees are entitled to a lab top.
LOCAL TRANSPORT: Vehicles and other means of transport shall be
adequately provided for.
NOTE: You must act according to our instruction, as we shall provide you with details of contact persons who you are to contact in the United Kingdom embassy in your country for your relevant travel documents. Your immigration permit papers shall be released by the United Kingdom Immigration Service to you, and then we shall send your name/file to the United Kingdom embassy and provide you with official directions to meet and liaise with our embassy authorities in your country.
Note: Expatriates who do not have the Minimum Requirements/Certifications are expected to contact the Academy in charge of the processing of the certificates with the below address for further arrangement. Expatriate shall not be allowed to work in United Kingdom without proper documents. Secondly, payment for the acquisition of the Minimum Requirements/Certifications has to be paid by employee and not by Mass Drilling Company Ltd.
